About Nada

Nada is India's first social network for arranged marriages. Matches come through the people a family already knows: relatives, friends and the community matchmaker, a role the app calls Community Member. The app syncs a user's phone contacts, builds a who-knows-whom graph, and shows how two profiles connect. Your uncle knows her aunt. It has been live on the Play Store and the App Store since August 2026, and the full launch is on 11 October 2026, day one of Navratri. Nada Network Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognised deep tech startup working from Noida.

The project

The launch is on 11 October and the wedding season runs through the winter. This internship is the launch content sprint: the run-up, launch week, and the four weeks after it. You work with the person who runs Nada's social channels. She sets the brief, you write, she approves, and the founder signs off before anything goes out.

What you will write

  • Post copy and captions for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, in Hindi, Hinglish and English.
  • The text for carousels that explain how Nada works, one idea per card.
  • WhatsApp-native explainers: how to install, how to sync contacts, what a matchmaker does on Nada, and answers to the questions families actually ask.
  • Reply drafts for comments and messages, in the tone of the person writing.
  • Testimonials written up from real users, with their consent.

What we are looking for

  • You write Hindi and English natively, and you can switch tone between a Facebook comment from an aunt and a LinkedIn post.
  • You can write for a parent or a matchmaker aged 40 to 65 who reads Hindi first, on a phone: respectful, plain, one idea at a time, in marriage vocabulary (rishta, match, introduction, family), never dating-app words.
  • You can show us things you have written with a reader: posts, captions, a blog, a college magazine, a WhatsApp broadcast you ran.
  • You keep a daily calendar. Something goes out every day for the next two months.
  • You take a brief and an edit without taking it personally.
  • You have 10 to 12 hours a week for six weeks. A student, a recent graduate or anyone with the hours.

Good to have. You have run a page or a channel. You have written for a brand. You type Hindi quickly.

What you get

  • No stipend for the six weeks. If the work is good, a paid role follows, and that is the point of the project.
  • An internship certificate at the end, and a letter of recommendation for good work, on LinkedIn if you prefer.
  • Your writing on Nada's channels during a launch, with credit, and the numbers on what worked: a published portfolio by the end of November.
  • Edits and feedback on every piece from the person who runs the channels.

How we hire

  1. Apply with the form and links to things you have written. We read them first.
  2. Shortlisted candidates get a brief by email: three posts for Nada's channels. You have two days to send them back.
  3. If the posts are selected, an interview with the person who runs the channels.
  4. A short final call with the founder.

Remote, with the camera on for calls. A short written check-in every working day and a short team call on working days. Nothing is posted on a Nada account, or about Nada on a personal one, without approval.

Nada hires across gender, religion, community and background.
