By creating an account on Nada ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using Nada, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App.

5. Broker Network

Nada connects users through a trusted broker (matchmaker) network. Brokers facilitate introductions but do not guarantee compatibility or outcomes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by Nada and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nada is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
