Delete your account

Use this form if you can no longer access the Nada app. If you can still sign in, the fastest path is Settings → Delete Account inside the app — your request is processed immediately.

Include the country code (e.g. +91 for India). We use this to find your account.

Submitting opens your email client with the request pre-filled. Send the email to support@nadanetwork.com from an address you can be reached at.

What happens after you submit?

  1. We respond within 30 days, asking 1–2 verification questions to confirm it's your account.
  2. Once verified, we permanently delete your account, profile photos, chat messages, and network connections from our servers.
  3. Some records are retained in anonymised form (with no link back to you) for legal / safety reasons — see the privacy policy for the full retention specification.
  4. The phone number becomes immediately re-usable for a fresh signup.
