Report a safety concern
Your safety comes first. If someone is behaving inappropriately, or a profile looks fake:
- In the app: open their profile or chat and tap Report or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately, and we review every report.
- By email: for anything urgent, write to support@nadanetwork.com with the person's name and what happened.

How do I get started on Nada?+
Download Nada, verify your phone number, and choose your role: Partner Seeker or Broker. Then sync your contacts, and Nada builds your private network. That network is where your matches come from.
How does matchmaking work?+
Your matches come from your extended network: people connected to you within 1, 2, or 3 degrees of your contacts. You see exactly how you are connected to every match before you reach out, so no one arrives as a complete stranger.
Who are brokers?+
Family, relatives, and community matchmakers: we call them brokers. A broker represents Partner Seekers they personally know, vouches for them, and helps them find the right match.
How do interest requests work?+
When you like someone's profile, you send them an interest request. You can send it directly, or route it through the brokers who connect you, where the broker on each side approves the request and vouches for the Partner Seeker they know. A private chat opens once the request is accepted.
How do broker introductions work?+
A broker who personally knows two Partner Seekers can introduce them, vouching for both. Two brokers can also team up on a cross-broker match, where each broker vouches for the Partner Seeker they represent. In both cases, the connection happens only after both Partner Seekers accept.
Can I search on behalf of someone else?+
Yes. Join as a broker to represent people you know, like a son, daughter, relative, or family friend, and help them find the right match.
Do brokers earn rewards?+
Yes. Brokers earn reward points for the successful connections and marriages they help create, and points can be redeemed for gift cards. Anyone can also earn points by referring friends to Nada.
Who can see my profile?+
Only people in your network. Your profile never appears in an open public search, and you can block anyone at any time.
Account & data
- Delete your account: in the app via Settings → Delete Account (immediate), or use the deletion form if you can't sign in (processed within 30 days).
